Helly Hansen Workwear are a global workwear clothing brand headquartered in Oslo, Norway. We worked with their UK team to create a set of photos and films to document the work of the Chase Trails volunteers. The volunteers are kitted-out in Helly Hansen Workwear as they go about maintaining the mountain bike trails at Cannock Chase.

Working with the Helly Hansen team we developed a concept to produce a series of films and photographic outputs for use across social media and other digital delivery channels.  The footage documented the team at work over a warm, sweaty weekend and complimented by additional ambassador video footage detailing the benefits of using Helly Hansen Workwear kit. Whilst working on-site we made the most of our time with the volunteers to also shoot still imagery. This imagery provided additional marketing assets and allowed the creation of beautiful parallax videos.

The overarching aim of this film project was to show real world users of Helly Hansen workwear clothing in real environments.  We aimed to showcase the comfort and durability of the Helly Hansen workwear kit. Having worked extensively from the volunteer's plan of works and developed a detailed shot list we were able to work unobtrusively to capture the products and volunteers in a natural setting. An overall fantastic project, working with some great people in a wonderful location.
