Helly Hansen are a global outdoor clothing brand headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Building on our longterm relationship, we worked with the Helly Hansen UK team to create a 360˚ VR experience featuring the Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team.
Our brief was to create a 360˚ VR experience so the press and public can experience a rescue situation and the steps involved in treating and evacuating a casualty from the hills of Ireland.
Covid travel restriction forced a re-think on our usual filming procedures, but after a quick re-plan we shipped 360 camers to Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and worked with them to filme themselves on a training exercise. This footage was then sent to us for editing into the exoerience you see here.
